Generally Orders are handled & shipped with tracking via USPS every 3- 7 business days. UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED * all orders are shipped via USPS ground or priority mail, all come with tracking.

Once shipped, orders may take an additional 1-10 business days for delivery within the U.S. via the US Postal Service.

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which include an automatic $50 insurance coverage if a package should become severely damaged or lost. Additional package & shipping insurance options for orders over $50 are optional & available upon checkout.

* In the event that USPS completely damages or loses a box, a store credit or full refund of your order will be issued without question through The White Witch Parlour.
