SHIPPING INSURANCE FOR ORDERS

Protect your order & magickal investment with a flat fee of $0.99. Orders that are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, include an automatic $50 insurance coverage,  but in the event that USPS completely damages or loses a package containing an order $50+ (up to $1,000) a store credit or full refund of your order will be issued without question through The White Witch Parlour. This shipping insurance of $0.99 works for first class packages as well.

*Please note it could take up to 3 business days, after a missing or damaged parcel is reported with us, for your refund to be released. We must first follow up with USPS to confirm the package's whereabouts or condition.

All packages non insured through The White Witch Parlour, must strictly file a claim through USPS on their website or at a USPS Post Office Facility.
